Red Teaming
Are you wondering how far the attacker could get when they focus on your company? Do you want the simulation to be as realistic as possible? Then Red Teaming (RT) is for you.

Defend yourselves from experienced hackers
Red Teaming

Red Teaming
Red Teaming, unlike other types of tests, does not have a fixed testing scope. This is precisely because real attackers do not confine themselves to a specific application/technology in advance.
Instead, we spend the first part of Red Teaming with detailed mapping of the attack surface: all servers, applications, IP addresses, email addresses, employee information, and the company itself. Based on the analysis of the information we obtain, we prepare a detailed plan of the next part of the attack.

Here are a few strategies shown as examples
Breaking in
If we come to the conclusion that the simplest thing is to physically break in company seat and steal documents from the table, or to place a back door in someone's computer, that is the way we go.
Social Engineering
It is not an empty phrase that the chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Unfortunately, failure can often be attributed to the human factor. We will try to deceive your employees and make them take steps that will then allow us to access to the in-house network or the secret data directly.
Phishing
When performing RT we very often opt for spear, or targeted phishing. Its great advantage is that we do not try to catch as many users off guard as we can because we only need one to get the sensitive data. However, we place great emphasis on maximum credibility of our phishing email.
Web application
Errors in an unsecured web application also very often allow access to the company's in-house network.

Red Teaming provides answers to a number of other questions
- Is your Security Monitoring capable of detecting an attack?
- Are you able to prevent the attacker from moving further down your network?
- How long does it take to detect an attacker and cut them off the system?
- What data and how quickly can an attacker exfiltrate out?
All of these are fundamental questions that an advanced organization that puts emphasis on its security has to ask themselves. Nowadays, it is not enough to rely on the fact that you had purchased a FireWall or WAF. You need to be sure you can detect the attempted attacks.
No matter whether you want to make sure of the skills of your "blue team" or you want a clear answer to the question "can they hack us and steal sensitive information about our clients and our business secrets?” - do contact us. We'll be happy to explain Red Teaming to you in greater detail personally.
We will plan everything in detail and dive right in the thorough testing. In the meantime, you can expect a detailed report with our findings and recommendations. And last but not least, you will know how you can handle real and experienced hackers in a battle without almost any rules.
If you are a web application operator, consider reviewing your security and resistance to hacker attacks and other potential threats.
